  • Our products once opened cannot be repackaged or resold as they are handmade to order.
  • We do not accept returns on open merchandise.
  • We may offer a replacement of product if in the unusual circumstance a product has been damaged in transit.
  • Any product damage should be notified to us by email within 24 hours.
  • You have to self-ship the product to our address.
  • Once we receive the product, we will perform quality checks and (at your option) issue replacement product or store credit (equivalent to the original product purchase price).
  • Please note that we cannot offer exchanges or refunds on any opened or used products.
  • Pure Remedies is not responsible for any damage sustained post- delivery of product.
  • Please allow one to three weeks from the day you return your package for your refund request to be processed.
