2. This website (Website) is owned and provided by Pure Remedies. The domain name on which the Website is hosted on is the sole property of Pure Remedies and you may not use or otherwise adopt a similar name for your own use.

3. These Terms of Use may be changed from time to time. All changes will be posted on this Website, and your use of this Website or your continued subscription to the electronic mailing list after such changes have been posted will constitute your agreement to the modified Terms of Use.

4. The Terms of Use for this Website shall also apply to:
a. your subscription to the electronic mailing list;
b. all of this Website’s content and (where applicable) the content of any emails you
receive from Pure Remedies; and
c. content maintained by Pure Remedies on publicly facing pages on third-party social
media sites (social media sites), (collectively, the Content).

5. Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e- commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

B. Online Store
1. By agreeing to these Terms of Use, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this Website.

2. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

3. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.

4. A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.


C. General Conditions
1. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. You understand that your content (not including credit card information), may be
transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices.
Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service or any contact on the Website, without express written permission by us. 

4. The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms of Use.

D. Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
1. Pure Remedies provides all Content on an “as is” basis and your use shall be at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pure Remedies disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties:
a. as to the accuracy, correctness, reliability, timeliness, merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose; and
b. that the Website, the electronic mailing list or any functions associated with it will
provide a prompt, uninterrupted or error free service, or that defects will be corrected, or that this Website, the electronic mailing list and the server are and will
be free of all viruses and/or other harmful elements.

2. The Content is not intended to be relied upon by you in making (or refraining from
making) any decisions regarding your health or wellbeing and we strongly recommend that you seek professional medical advice if you are unsure how any Content, the Service, or use of our products will affect your health.

3. Pure Remedies shall not be liable for any damage or loss of any kind caused as a result (direct or indirect) of the use of the Website or any functions associated with it, including but not limited to any damage or loss suffered as a result of use of (or reliance on) the Content, any part of the Service or any of our products.


E. Products and Services 
1. Products are subject to return or exchange only according to our Return Policy.

2. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, Content, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

3. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

4. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

5. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

6. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the products ordered are not available, you will be notified by e‐mail (or by other means if no e‐mail address has been provided) and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your order.

7. Any orders placed by you will be treated as an offer to purchase the goods or services from us and we have the right to reject such offers at any time. You acknowledge that any automated acknowledgment of your order which you may receive from us shall not amount to our acceptance of your offer to purchase goods or services advertised on the Website.

8. The conclusion of a contract between you and us will take place when we (i) debit your credit, debit card or PayPal account or (ii) dispatch the goods to you or commence the services, whichever is the later.

9. We will take all reasonable care (in so far as it is in our power to do so) to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.


F. Billing and Account Information
1. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole
discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

2. You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

4. If your credit or debit card payment is not processed successfully for any reason, we reserve the right to reattempt to process payment within 48 hours. In the event that the payment is still unsuccessful, we will give you at least 48 hours’ notice in advance of any further reattempt to process payment by sending an email to the email address you have provided to us. If you do not want us to reattempt to process payment, you must cancel your order in advance.

5. You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.

6. We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.


G. Singapore and International Deliveries
1. Prices shown on the Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and do not include any applicable shipping or delivery fees. Delivery fees will be charged separately where applicable and included in the order total on checkout.

2. You will assume the risk for the products once they have been delivered to the delivery address which you specified when ordering the products. We accept no liability where you provide an incorrect delivery address or where you fail to collect the products from the delivery address which you specified. Notwithstanding that risk of loss or damage to the products only passes to you once they have been delivered to the delivery address, ownership of the products shall pass to you on the later of: (a) the products being dispatched by us; and (b) us receiving payment in respect of the same.

3. If your delivery address is outside of Singapore you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once a delivery reaches your destination country. Any such additional charges must be borne by you. You should note that customs policies and practices vary widely from country to country. We recommend that you contact your local customs office for information.

4. Please note that cross border shipments may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. In respect of all goods dispatched to you to an address outside of Singapore, you are deemed to be the importer of the goods and must therefore comply with all the laws and regulations of the country into which the goods are being delivered.


H. Personal Consultations
1. By booking a video consultation, you agree to be contacted by a registered Bach
practitioner to discuss the arrangement of a suitable time and date for the consultation to be completed via Zoom. By continuing with your consultation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

a. This service is only available to persons aged 21 years or over.

b. The data you submit (such as your name, telephone number, location, e-mail,
address and any other information you provide) will be collected and processed in
accordance with our Privacy Policy.

c. Your video consultation will be made via Zoom and will not be recorded. You must read and agree to the [Zoom Terms of Service] and the [Privacy Policy].

d. Recording of any consultation by you or otherwise is not permitted. Your
practitioner reserves the right to end the consultation if she or he becomes aware
that the consultation is being recorded.

e. It is to be noted that your practitioner will only be providing guidance to you during your consultation based on the information you provide. You are strongly
recommended to discuss any condition you have with a professional medical advisor prior to following any guidance which is given to you as a result of your consultation.

f. Your consultant will in no way be advising or prescribing information and/or
products to you other than Bach flower remedies.

g. There may be times when your consultant references books or alternative literature, this is for reference only and should not be taken as a recommendation to treat or cure any symptom.

h. Our products contain trace amounts of alcohol. Please advise in advance if you have an allergy or prefer not to take alcohol as there may be other options.

i. Your consultation and personalised recommendation is personal to you only and
should not be shared with or recommended to anyone else. Any weblinks to
products and further information referred to by a consultant or contained within
your personal recommendation are for your information only.

j. Your practitioner reserves the right to terminate a consultation at any time for
whatever reason in their sole discretion.

k. Pure Remedies shall not be held liable for any information which has been shared
and/or discussed between you and a practitioner.

1. Certain content, products and services available via our Service may include materials from third parties.

2. Third-party links on this Website may direct you to third party websites that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third party materials or websites, or for any other materials, products, or services of third-parties.

3. We are not liable for any harm or damages related to the purchase or use of goods, services, resources, content, or any other transactions made in connection with any third party websites. Please review carefully each third party's policies and practices and make sure you understand them before you engage in any transaction. Complaints, claims, concerns, or questions regarding third-party products should be directed to the relevant third party.

1. Pure Remedies fully retains all rights, title and interest it may hold in the Content,
including but not limited to copyright. The trademark and logo displayed on this Website (Trademark) are the property of Pure Remedies and all rights to the Trademark are expressly reserved by Pure Remedies. The name of Pure Remedies or the Trademark may not be used in any way without the prior written consent of Pure Remedies.

2. References to “Content” include but are not limited to text, information, images,
documentation, software, files, audio and video files/clips and other materials contained on or available through the Content.

3. You accept that content posted by users of social media sites do not reflect the opinions of Pure Remedies. Pure Remedies does not represent or warrant, and is not responsible for, the accuracy of any statements posed by users.

4. You must not use otherwise reproduce, modify, copy or distribute any part of the Content or materials on this Website for commercial purposes without obtaining a licence to do so from us or our licensors.

5. If you print off, copy or download any part of this Website in breach of these Terms of Use, your right to use the Website will cease immediately and you must, at our option, return or destroy any copies of the materials you have made.

1. These Terms of Use and any separate agreements whereby we provide you any Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore. Any disputes relating to these Terms of Use will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.

If you access the Website from a location outside Singapore, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
